This line has superb knot strength and ultimate tensile strength. For 12lb line blood knots break at 10-12lb. 8-turn Improved clinch breaks at 13-15lb! And it doesn't cheat by making the line thicker *cough cxx cough*. I measured 0.33mm diameter. Last year I landed six salmon ranging from 11lb to 15lb. This is now my go-to main line for spooling up my reels.
